Ford Ranger Wildtrak - 10/02/08
When Ford launched its 3.0 litre diesel engine in the Ranger pick-up last year, the first one that we could get our hands on was the Ranger Thunder, complete with automatic transmission. To be honest we weren’t keen. The engine was a big improvement over the 2.5 litre motor, but that auto was not to my liking, particularly in the wet, when the truck spent a lot of time going sideways.
