With the latest Ranger pick-up arriving in dealers, Ford Pro has added a further two models to the range.

The Wildtrak X builds on the standard Wildtrak model, with a 26mm ride height increase and 30mm wider track. It gets Bilstein high-performance dampers and an uprated power steering system, along with uprated bash plates for more confident off-road use. Power comes from the 2.0-litre bi-turbo engine, delivering 205hp and 500Nm of torque. The 10-speed automatic transmission is standard.

The Ranger Tremor is based on the lower trim XLT model, though it shares all of the chassis and suspension updates as the Wildtrak X. Given its working remit, the Tremor model has easy-clean vinyl seats and floor coverings.

Both models can be ordered with a new Flexible Rack System. This folding roof rack and adjustable sliding rear load hoop allows longer loads to be carried above the roof rather than between the cab and the tailgate. This racking system will be offered on Ranger Limited and Wildtrak models from March.
